At Casa De Luz, we SAVE LGBTQ+ lives! We are a house of light that has welcomed hundreds of refugees and continues to grow with the help of compassionate supporters. We provide safe shelter, food, and a loving atmosphere for LGBTQ+ refugees fleeing persecution around the world.
We provide refugees a safe, affirming home in Tijuana, Mexico just minutes away from the US border. We support them by helping them navigate the asylum process into the United States. Refugees are provided food, counseling, and access to our collaborations for medical and legal help, and an opportunity to participate in self-development with free skills classes.
